Ok so there's this thing called gravity that prevents us from flying into the space,but it doesn't work 100% tho you will see why... So you're a human and you have legs which will allow you to jump and here's how: step 1: Stand up, step 2: crouch a little bit, step 3: stand up as fast as you can and make sure to use your feet (toes).. when you do stand up don't stop your body, just let it go into the air. Before you do all this make sure that if you're in a closed space, that the ceiling above you is at least a meter higher than you or you will break your head and go to a hospital. Have fun!

its quite simple really. i believe there is a little cross near the top of your Minecraft launcher, click that and it will open a menu where you can select what button you want to activate jump. I have mine as "space" but its quite common people set it to the button to the left of "1" for its easy accessibility. I hoped this helped you!
