How the heck do I make a chest shop?

Hold sneak and put a sign on the chest you wanna use as the shop
Put your IGN on the first line
Number of items sold each click on the second
B <price> on the third
the code of the item you wanna sell on the last line, which you can find out by doing /iteminfo when holding the item you wanna sell
Example:
Derren_LC
64
B 64
Cookie
In that case, I'm selling 64 cookies for $64. Each time someone right clicks on the chest, I'll get $64 and the buyer will get 64 cookies. However if there's not enough cookies, or the buyer doesn't have enough money, it's sell the most it can. Let's say there's only 32 cookies in the chest. In that case, when someone right clicks the sign, the chest will give all the cookies (32) and I'll get $32. Same happens when the buyer doesn't have enough money, if someone only has $32 and uses the sign, he'll only buy 32 cookies while right clicking.
