About the spawner menu thingy

So I can access the panel on the spawners I had before the menu thing was realeased, but when I place down new spawners, the menu doesn't work. Does anyone have the same problem? I'm not sure if the plugin is completely removed or what is going on, and staff tend to ignore bug reports, so I'm putting this here and see if anyone is facing the same problem.

oh I tested it with a skeleton spawner that's why it didn't work
another question if you don't mind, now only people with build trust can access the menus right? I tested it but I would feel safer with an answer for that
