I have blue light blocking glasses but also my screen has this thing where it blocks reflections so shining a particular lamp onto the screen really helps reducing eye strain while illuminating the room and still leaving everything very visible. Seems counterintuitive and stupid but it works really well

the shop where I got these glasses did a mega discount for us because we know the owner, so I got a mega deal and the lenses (which had to be custom made to fit the glasses I had, which aren't sold anywhere and are probably from before 2000) costed only 200 euros despite being very good and having antiscratch antiwater antifog hardened antibluelight and everything
