Old Forums (Neon Read)

The new forums fixed a lot of problems we previously had. We do not have much bots spamming the forums now because of the minecraft account synchronization. This also allowed us to handle ban appeals easier when vast majority do not update their username on the appeal when they change it, or they didn’t type the username correctly which drastically slowed down the appeal process.

Account syncing also prevents people from making forums alts to public shame them on alt accounts.

The old forum is still up, even if it's in lockdown rn. Tbh I like this one better because the contrast between the text and the background is much, much better than on the old one, where there would be light gray on white, making it unreadable

i enjoy going back to the old forums(yes, it’s possible to get there) to see how much has changed. idk, really gives me the
nostalgia vibes

As @ApexWasabi mentioned, the new forums has a lot to do with fixing issues. Yes, they updated the theme as well but that's just a nice little change compared to the actual reasons why they changed it. In my opinion, I think I enjoyed the old forums better because of how light it is. This forums design can easily be made better if the background was a little lighter, or they make the boxes witht he text ligher. This creates more contrast, I think It would be very aesthitically pleasing. But considering why this forums whas changed, this one is wayyyyy better

The structure of the forums is still the same. The things you can do on like quoting and stuff are still the same.

when I meant sturcture, I meants systems running in the background. There is an easier way to check appeals for staff, and all sorts of stuff. For us its the same, but for the actual server its a lot better

literally dont care about stats I just hate this format its trash
