you may want to consider applying on smaller servers then, they're looking for people dedicated to becoming staff and expect applicants to be serious about joining the staff team rather than just testing their skills

I doubt everything was "spot on" if you don't have experience. You have never dealt with any hackers or chat offenders. You also only started to really post on the forums when apps opened. If you have never been staff anywhere, you have no experience. Everything relies on the fact that you have experience, and if you don't, your app isn't close to "spot on".
I assume minorleah based themselves on the fact that they were denied for "lack of experience" and nothing else
1) I do have experience, but it wasn't enough to please them.
2) What is up with you thinking all I want is staff? I started playing on Invaded literally a MONTH after you started. I started up again because a know an admin and mod, and so it's nice having them host my preferred events. I also am getting into KitPvP a bunch, stop assuming things.
3) I had a pretty darn good application. That's what I meant.

there's no need to be this aggressive, it's very likely that their app was indeed quite good, experience is quite a big factor in an application.

+1 It is not the players job to determine who is worthy of staff and who is not. Let the management team handle that and whatever happens happen. Denied or not, it gives you an opportunity to work on the feedback they have given and apply next season.

they auto deny people who dont meet requirements. Its like biulder apps they read then but dont accept nor deny
