Alright so i wanted to sell my s5 fire sword, I put it on my vault to make it more secure but i get it on my hand take a picture of the dura and get it back into my safe, well 10 mins later a guy wanted to buy it for 50k, i said sure i looked at my vault and it was gone, and help? i didn't click q, i'm sure not 100%

Double check all your vaults? Maybe you weren't paying attention to which vault you put it in.

No need to be toxic, and anyways, there is a high chance you prob pressed q, no one can get into your acc unless you have given your password which might be accidentally, Unfortunately, there is nothing staff can do about it unless you have sufficent proof, but that still is a low chance of getting it back.
