This is my honest opinion of what kitpvp on invaded was and what it has turned into.

Invaded kitpvp used to be a great place to chill out get better at pvp and progress through the economy, play in player hosted events, visit cool PWs and talk with players of Couse there were always toxic people that maybe made you leave and go to Hypixel for the day but you always came back didn't you? So did I. now I'm not so sure. I've been away for a month because of a 30d mute but mainly because of the duping incident. this duping really did in my opinion create a new era of invadedlands. I now would rather play hypixel then play here as it is so hard to do what I used to. the economy is ruined you cant trade anything for a decent price because the amount of items in the game inflated a lot due to duping. now this server isnt as fun not only because of the duping but because of what it created. what im trying to do isnt rant about how invaded died, but try to get us all to bring it back. Bring back the community that it once was. You may think it is too far gone but IT IS NOT.

WE as a community must fight to save invadedlands from death! whether it is convincing people to play fair or play fair yourself or be less toxic or anything. we can save this server as a playerbase and community I Believe but it cant just be me, help me save invadedlands kitpvp!

#SaveInvadedkit

thank you for reading this

I enjoy your enthusiasm but I don’t think it will work. Invaded has been in a decline for a while now and it would take some serious changes and additions to make tons of people come back to the server.
skeppy events hosted on invaded

payouts

skeppy events hosted on invaded

payouts
Skeppy events would most likely result in more of the actual serious community leaving lmao.

Also (personal opinion) I think that payouts are not the right way to go about reviving a server. It makes people more incentivized to cheat (a cause of people leaving already) and it removes the chill layed back attitude of some players because there is now money on the line.

reset is probably soon, I think it might revive then, if there's no duping lol

it's difficult to make a kitpvp server different/more unique. if you've been playing kitpvp for a few years (most of the playerbase has) then it gets boring because it's the same thing over and over. thinking of ways to make the server different and then suggesting them might help and is a good place to start

reset always revives the server for a bit but not really in the long term.

this is why “No Long Term Damage” is NOT a thing cus invadedpooplands is never gonna revive

that's why i said to suggest things for the devs/management to add. it dies off because it's the same thing as last reset and the reset before

sorry I interpreted the first part of your message incorrectly

This is a great way to spread the word out or help advertise players. A real reason that invaded died a while ago, is because of pvplands. No one even plays pvplands anymore because skeppy never does events. Skeppy never does videos on invadedlands anymore at all as well. Therefore the community slowly starts dying without the lack of players. I would actually probably try to convince staff to get in contact with skeppy to provide more content for invadedlands. However it sound so ridiculous and I doubt very much skeppy wouldnt listen or even get in contact with the staff. As csyre said above that reset is soon. With this SOME people may come back due to a new map and everyone wants to be there etc. Because everyone knows on the first week of a reset of a game on invaded EVERYONE comes to look around. Some people might have second thoughts that have left a while ago and may return. Another reason is because of the map they made this season. Tbh I don't like it than most maps but i'd say its still pretty good. Last season is when invadedlands reached its full peak and it went downhill so fast as if it was 1k players to 200-300. All invaded needs right now is skeppy and that isn't a joke.

I am going to make a couple counterpoints.

I believe that the thing you are talking about here is the lack of videos about invadedlands from skeppy. While these did give invaded a player count boost. most of the players were either in the hub waiting in queues or in kit spamming “skeppy notice me” These players did increase the actual player count but they didn’t really address the issue most players I have seen quitting for.

I have mainly seen people disliking the staff response times to appeals, the anticheat, the pay2win nature of the server, and the lack of good players (a self fulfilling problem) I think that a better way to revive the server might be to revamp those areas and take community suggestions more often.

I don’t actually pvp on invaded often so i’m a bit out of my comfort zone here. But I don’t think that this is something that people might just have to learn to live with. It seems that as the build team has been getting more people and more professional the maps have been becoming more complex and detailed. This means that the maps have more complex structures that could impede pvp. I think that this is just a problem that occurs normally and there isn’t much that can be done other than just making a completely flat map that doesn’t have much work put into it.

Feel free to criticize my points or add more to my ideas as you see fit.

the bit about appeals has changed, dk about anything else but everything you're saying is pretty accurate
appeals get handled almost immediately other than the escalated ones, which have still been taken care of a lot faster than before. lots of older, formerly bl'd players are back now

i dont know how to write LOL lemme add on rq
i do agree w all ur points tho absolutely

The appeals have gotten better but I don’t think the problem has vanished entirely there are some people complaining about bans. But that might just be a lack of patience rather than a problem. I kinda forgot that that had happened.

even if there were skeppy stans, atleast most of them had hte idea of interest of exploring on what servers there is such as kitpvp, skyblock, and survival
