It has been a rule for the longest time and honestly it's pretty much common sense as well since farming regen 4s is bannable as well. Just saying ?

Sorry but I haven’t seen this ‘rule’ posted anywhere, regen 4 farming wouldn’t be comparable to this as regen farming is getting a potion that allows you to substitute a god apple, this is just getting your strength effect back after you don’t need it anymore. I also asked many people if they knew about this and they didn’t do i wouldn’t say it’s been here for a long time or if it has it’s been poorly portrayed by the staff.
