Here is my staff application tell me what you think! Yes I know this is not how you submit your staff application but, I would like some of the community's advice and constructive criticism.

How long have you been playing on InvadedLands?
I have been playing on InvadedLands for about 2 to 3 years now, but I have been on 2 different accounts I do not recall the name of the other account but if its mandatory I can get that information to you.
Have you ever been punished on InvadedLands?
Yes and No, to elaborate more on that I have been falsely banned on the server before.
Do you have a functioning microphone?
Yes
Are you able to record videos of hackers at reasonable frame-rates and quality?
Yes
What skills do you feel you have that will help the community?
The skills I can confidently contribute to the network is that I am a very positive person and I can often radiate that positivity to others, I know a lot of members on the server and I feel like that builds a relationship because they would know I am not the moderator that has no personality they will know that I am the same as them and not more powerful than them. Another way I can help the community is by being active in the community by talking to players in chat, moderate the server, and just overall make the community a better place for the players. The last thing I can contribute to the community is my time and effort in helping everyone out and putting in a lot of time into the server and as a staff member.
What past moderating experiences do you have?
I have been staff on two different servers one being a YouTuber's server as an administrator. The server was called MoltresPvP and the YouTuber that owns the server is MarkeyBuilder as an administrator, I worked a lot with the higher up staff members mostly the developer, and running the server with them, which I think shows my maturity and my experience as a staff member. The server very popular have 100+ players on at peek times of the day, I was a part of that server for 2 years but sadly the server ended up shutting down due to the owners lack of funds and we tried to do anything in our power to start back up the server, but the owner didn't want it to happen.
The other server I was staff on this Minehut server called AzureStudios. I was a moderator on Azure and I have a lot of experience/knowledge with catching hacking, knowing what hacks look like, being able to detect ghost clients (Clients that are hard to detect by anti-cheats), and most importantly working with a staff team and not doing things on my own, but doing things as a team. I worked with the Azure staff team for a year but then I resigned for personal issues.

Why would you be a good fit for staff?
I believe that I would be a good fit for staff because I have experience as a staff member on Minecraft servers, I enjoy being a staff member because of the team aspect and just making the server a better place for all the players. I don't want to be a staff member because I want power I want to be a staff member because I truly enjoy being able to have a personal relationship with other staff members and just being able to make someone's day by cleaning up the server and making everyone have a better experience.
Any other information:
I am doing online schooling which means I will be able to contribute more time to the server.
I hope I get accepted and if I get denied, I will try to keep improving myself should I wish to make another staff application.
