If you got blacklisted for evasion, it means you used an alt account to bypass a punishment given to your account. If you did not evade and this is false, make a blacklist appeal
I have been playing on alts but not to Avoid anything but to get targeted lol

My guess is that you may have used a Not Full Access account, which someone cheated on. Anyway, goodluck with your appeal
Unless they're bought from the official mojang site, those accounts are generally sold and resold. Meaning they're banned on most servers.
