We need more staff From other timezones

There r literally no staff on survival
Ive been needing and asking for one for the past 40 minutes and no one has come
Ive asked on kit pvp and skyblock for them to come to survival
And still none have came

Staff be better staff plz

but fr tho not all vanished staff have to unvanish and announce they are on to help you with something that most likely isnt urgent, and if it is, you can dm them on discord or make an appropriate ticket
 
the staff applications are currently open unsure when they're closing, but right after that the new staff members will be introduced and hopefully from different timezones

they don't get paid, they're volunteers- so be more patient, unless you want to pay them to perform a full-time job. which that seems to be what most players want lmaooo i'm sure you can wait a little while

what timezone do you want them to hire from? more are from NA I think but there are a lot in europe who are in sleep. do you want them to get staff from australia so there are more people up late?? lmao be more specific

thats the job for people who hire the staff, to figure out what will be the most efficient time zones to hire.

if you want to make a suggestion and have more luck with it actually going through, then you have to be specific. besides, there could easily be nobody from the 'desired timezone' (that you want but don't know) who is qualified

Alright since I was the one you contacted I’ll respond to this.

Yes, I took a while to reply. I’m sorry, I know I’m online on forums a lot, but that doesn’t mean I can’t go off at a moments notice and be occupied with something else. Which in this case, was picking up my girlfriend from work.

If you have an issue with the time zones that staff members are in, the staff applications are open right now. You may apply, or contact someone else in the time zone you are looking for to apply. Which brings me to...

A lot of staff members actually have messed up sleeping schedules because we stay up to moderate the network. I know myself I go to bed at 5am and wake up at 2pm because on top of School (in which Im currently studying for finals) I have a girlfriend, a job, and a family, and I still try my best to squeeze in the time to get on at least some part of the network. And as so many of the members above have astutely pointed out, we are not paid. The majority of us are older and in college/about to go into college and we need a source of income, so we have jobs. So unfortunately, we cannot afford (literally and figuratively) to dedicate 100% of our time and effort here, as much as we would like to.

Poor Zack has also had his sleeping schedule destroyed trying to help here, and unlike myself he has a set time for schooling, so he can’t just wake up at whatever time like me.

About your question, you started out by asking “Can you hop on I have a question...” or something to that effect. When people start the conversation with “can I ask you a question”, it makes things much, much harder for both parties. Because after you contact us, you either have to wait for us to reply with “yeah what’s up”, or we reply and have to wait for you to reply back. Just ask the full question and it will help both parties save time.

Finally, I answered your question about 10 minutes ago, I hope you saw that.

Personally, I’m a little disappointed. I would have expected a little more understanding coming from you. I hope this has helped clear things up.
