I Cannot Believe How The Staff Team Responded To WheresMyMommy's Purchase Support

I haven't ranted on the server in a while, ever since I was falsely banned. It blows my mind how the staff team responded to a Purchase Support made by WheresMyMommy, who accidentally bought two of the same rank on one account when one was meant for another person. To give you some background of the situation, Mommy recently bought Lord and was willing to buy another player a rank upgrade to Pro. However, he accidentally put his own name instead of that player and bought Pro on his account when he already has Lord. Knowing that any genuine staff who cares about their players, I assumed that this wouldn't be an issue, as Mommy would either receive a refund or would have the rank transferred to that player:


This kind of response is the most disgusting thing I've seen from a staff member, considering that they know of the circumstances.


I genuinely want to know why Mommy can't at least receive a refund for his IRL money. By not transferring the rank to Daikaya or giving a refund back to Mommy, you are essentially stealing from the buyer. Mommy has no beneficial gain considering that he is a Lord Rank player. He can't reclaim any of the rewards.

If refunding didn't resolve in a blacklist, then I would have no problem and would've told Mommy to refund his money, but the fact that he's paid a Pro Rank upgrade on his Lord Account, he can't refund it because he would get blacklisted. I sincerely hope this isn't what the staff team is really like, and I apologize to those staff who actually do a great job running the server.

I expect a response from you Apex, or any NDA person, not from a mod who has no control over Purchase Supports.

*The reason why this post is in the KitPvP thread is because 1). I want this post to gain recognition and seeing how the KitPvP community is the largest, I wanted more people to click on the thread and 2) because it simply is an issue involving KitPvP ranks.

I’m pretty sure because it’s in the ToS of when you buy something that there is no refunds and they have a policy of no rank transfers.

I understand that Mommy should’ve payed attention to what he was doing, but the ToS is designed for people who aren’t aware of what they are getting themselves into when purchasing a rank, especially for another player. If anything, it should be made so that when they enter their username in the shop, it identifies what rank they are at currently so that the shop can prevent mistakes like these. As Ash said, this clearly wasn’t the first time it happened.

It’s hard putting yourself in another persons shoes no matter how stupid it may seem, but if you were in Mommy’s position I feel as though you would be frustrated too considering that you paid IRL money for a rank for someone else, only to have the staff team be unhelpful about the situation.
