Basically, to answer your question, click the inbox (mail icon) at the top right of your screen okok, THEN click “Start a new conversation” OKOK NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING, NOW click the blank box under “Recipients:” and type in “Nicki”, insane right, THENNN put a title saying what you need help with, ADN FINALLY, put in the big big box a more detailed version of what you need help with
