u can use aternos to get a free server in any version

there we go, you can build now
now right click on the block you placed
there we go, you have improved your build

I dont want to put a diff server IP on here but look up builders refuge. its got a lot of building tools(Worldedit, VoxelSniper, Gobrush, etc.) its 1.8.9-1.12.2
