I try to use /giftcards command in hub but it says that I have no giftcards when I have clearly made purchases in the past on the kitpvp server. Does anyone know the issue with this? (I get it now)

Doesn't matter then, you won't receive any gift cards for buying a rank on invaded lands, if you had bought a rank on PvPlands that'd be different, you'd be received a type of "redemption"
What server are you referring to as "the kit pvp server" PvPlands or Invaded. Cause you don't get giftcards for purchasing stuff on invaded, you get giftcards if you purchased something on pvplands, as pvplands just closed

you do realise you keep ur ranks after resets. if u didn't purchase any ranks on pvplands you don't get a gift card.

This giftcards thing has nothing to do with the kit reset. It has to do with the recent merge of InvadedLands and PVPLands. any purchases made on PVPLands became gift cards on Invaded. you will not receive any giftcards from things you bought on Invaded.
