A Bug has something to do with a blacklist [im unblacklisted now tho]

So i was blacklisted for charge back but i explained everything in my appeal and i got unblacklisted
and before i got blacklisted i had fly perks , but i know what you're thinking "oh someone chargedback you're fly perks"
no the guy who charged back my rank up from Elite --> Hero is not the one who bought me the fly perks so i didn't get charged back fly perks and then after i got unblacklisted i joined survival i tried to do /fly because i had it before and then it didn't work
so my point here is : Is this a blacklist bug or something ?

The same thing happened to me. My legend rank on skyblock got chargedback, and after i got unbled, I lost /fly on survival instead. This happened 2 months ago, and I believe it's a glitch.
