Why you should switch clients

Why you should switch clients

I just switched to Lunar client after using Badlion for a couple of years and I gotta say that Lunar looks way cleaner and seems more "user-focused" instead of just one thing and I am enjoying it way more than Badlion.

On my bad laptop (in the process of saving money to build a pc) I get around 50-60 FPS on lunar, I get around 30 on normal mc and when I tried BLC 3.0 yesterday I had 5 FPS.. lunar is the obvious choice

are you retarded? servers bring down frames significantly ofc i can run that with shaders getting over 100+ fps i keep my render distance at 29 and max out every other graphical settings its just on servers i have that problem every other game runs fine and thats a gtx 1080ti not even the same gpu
Are you retarded? I have the locked version of the CPU (9900) on a B series motherboard instead of a Z series. Which cuts around .1ghz off of the clock speed... Meaning instead of 4.7ghz all core it's only 4.6ghz and instead of 5ghz single core it's 4.9ghz. Not to mention it's pared with 2666mhz ram. However even taking all that into consideration I can still get over 300 FPS on SERVERS (At 25 chunks so only 4 chunks less. and everything set to high...). Not to mention I have a much worse GPU than the 2080 super.... Although that doesn't matter as much as Minecraft isn't graphically demanding without shaders. Which doesn't help your point, it's not the same GPU but the 2080 super is better than the 1080ti anyways? Considering you can probably go above 5ghz with the 9900k and Minecraft relies heavily on singe core performance I would say you're either lying or need to change some settings. In the end it doesn't even matter since there aren't 1000hz monitors AND probably because you have your render distance to 29 while they likely had it a lot lower.
