Blaze spawners are the best, if you have a LOT of iron golem spawners then that's better, but cow spawners are pretty good too. There are many farms, so you can use those if you rather not make and use your own farm.

If you like the traditional grinding methods and you don't have huge amounts to spend, cave spiders are the best bang for buck. They give very close revenue to blaze spawners and costs much less.
If you are willing to wait for your income use sheep spawners, spawn in multiple pens of 5x15k sheep and sheer them. Best money available and way too OP.
If you have lots of money and accounts to afk then use IGS, you can set up large amounts of chests and AFK 24/7 for incredible profits - this is what me and Ninetypercent have both done.

invest in slime blocks, ask for /trust from @Chimken , and then place them in tower like form
Then proceed to miss ALL OF THE SLIME you just placed and fall to your death
