Resets are generally biannual meaning roughly every 6 months

As users have previously mentioned in this thread, you can expect resets of any game mode around six (6) months after they have gone through the last reset. We, just like you, have no knowledge of any upcoming reset prior to their respective announcements.

As said above we do not have a specific date as of now.
The servers usually run in a 6 month reset cycle.
