If you know the person who is I am assuming to be ddosing you, then report them in Player Reports with evidence, or do what you're doing now, which is trying to get ahold a staff member (you can start a private conversation with them). As regards to your DDOS problem, just stop the router and change IPs

i believe they'll only punish though if they've threatened you on an invaded platform or said anything about it on invaded.
