copyright stuff has to show when it was first made in case someone steals/plagiarizes the site. basically it helps make a timeline to show who's right vs wrong in those kinds of situations. it's to help prove og's vs stolen but i don't personally see how it really helps because you can fake copyright pretty easily since it's online, but its probably just a legal formality

adding it to be more recent is optional i think

“technically” it should be fixed ? but to 2019-2021, even tho the last year of invaded isn’t necessarily 2021 the year it’s set to is for 2021 to show how many years that copyright has been active.
