Anyways while I was gone I learnt a lot about minecraft parkour:
The setup for YouAreRexist backwards momentum is 1 unshift tap back one shift tap forward and 2 air taps forward. The way to do YouAreRexist backwards momentum is to jam backwards, once you're on the ground walk back for 0.05 seconds, then sprint jam forwards right after and you should tap a strafe key for 0.05 seconds on the tick you jam! And then just keep holding sprint and go forward. For a 1 block momentum 4.375 block jump, you would also need a 45 strafe, which is performed by turning 45 degrees to the right and holding A or to the left and holding D, this action must be performed right after you jump, due to the leniency of this jump, it is not very precise.
