Ok thats actually pretty big LOL, but if you want to make it better use a mod like Lunar and then you change the scoreboard size

Also some tips for your gui, dont use auto gui scale, and turn the chat size to not cover your hearts

Playing in fullscreen (or, at least, larger than 480p) can help with that. And as Silver said, you could always use Lunar or SidebarMod for Forge
