it's a perfectly balanced 95. Not too extreme like Quake Pro, not too restricted like default 60, not too basic like the 90 that Skeppy and Technoblade uses, personalized to the perfect point. What could you want more?

Way too extreme. Once beacon effects come into play as well, sprinting seems like hyperspeed and everything's just distorted lines.

I discovered that lowering CPU cooler fan speeds lowers CPU temps at the cost of 10 FPS in particularly intensive situations.
-10 FPS is unacceptable. Gonna go back to creating a hot whirlwind (and subsequently, a desert) in my room.

sorry cy but either you have the setting son your recording software wrong, or you're computer can't handle recording because wow you got 1 fps lol
