Putting on stacked armor means that if one breaks your armor has to break 63 more times for it to break fully

Yes but if you're wanting to enchant lots of the same thing it's easier to buy a stack then going to /shop every single time.
Personally I enchanted about 3 stacks of picks at the start of the season and still have some of them!
Got any proof of this or just throwing accusations without evidence?

Based on what i've heard in chat and from other people, he definitely uses autoclicker. He might use killaura, I watched him fight once, he looked sus, but it was probably server lag. Also he TP traps 24/7 so I wouldnt be surprised
