As long as it falls within the griefing guidelines you can make a player report be sure to sufficient evidence including co-ordinates of where the grief has occurred. Although burning your armour I'm not quite sure how that qualifies as griefing but maybe other stuff has happened.

Whilst I understand you are not a member of the moderation side of the staff team I still believe as a builder you represent the staff team. Great to see such a useful comment in response to a member of the community needing help!
