There is currently a glitch that sometimes confuses the number of vote crates keys you should receive, and the number of women you currently have. That explains why you aren't getting any keys. We are trying to fix this as soon as possible, due to people such as ZVoltage and Atow having a lot of women, so they get a lot of vote keys.
