fr, @sky_awsmness you shouldn't request locks unless there's something actually bad happening (like a fight where people are *specifically* being toxic and throwing insults) or the creator of the thread wants it locked lol, most of the time when you make a request it doesn't actually need to be locked. i would honestly just completely hold off on them

the staff are pretty active and they know when to lock stuff and when to not, so you should just let them do their jobs

this would be an instance of it typically being locked due to basically being a repeat thread, but the staff decided not to and it's not hurting anyone
