I can think of so many instances where this could be abused, unfair, or misleading. It’s a wonder invaded allows irl deals at all, since most servers ban the practice entirely. If you want this to be added, I’d like you to answer a few issues I have with this.
What would be considered “proof” of agreement for this? Could jimmy say to Timmy “hey will you buy me a overlord if I give you 100$ in game?” And Timmy says as a joke “yes”, then jimmy pays him 100$. And then reports Timmy when he doesn’t buy him the rank. I know this sounds stupid, but at what point would a deal be considered “serious” enough that the person scamming should be punished? How could an arbitrary threshold be decided for that?
Additionally, your justification for this happening in the first place is “kids don’t know any better” if they don’t know any better to not get scammed, then do you really think they would know to record evidence of the deals planning beforehand, and submit a proper player report with said evidence after?

As a former admin, I can say two things.
One, it is extremely hard to enforce.
Second, (to patch up some counters I may receive from the first point); If you are at the age where you are able to make online transactions, you should be responsible enough to determine wether those players are scamming or not. Never pay first in IRL deals, and don't do IRL deals in the first place.

MAYBE IF YOU DO A IRL DEAL THE IRL DEALER GOSE FIRST OR DO A IRL DEAL WITH SOMEONE TRUSTED IN THE COMMUNITY TO DO ONE.

maybe even add rank transfers where u can /trade ur rank too
