Ok, so I lagged out while Zelkam was doing his stupid event, and I lost a god set. I have the screenshots so can you please give my stuff back? The event is stupid and Zelkam is just giving out 300$ ranks and items when some players actually have to work for them. So again, give my stuff back please.

Make a purchase support ticket and claim this.

It’s not a purchase it’s in game items. And @krovic unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. Zelkam and Skeppy do these things all the time and everyone gets the same answer

I know it isn't a purchase but I THINK you can make a purchase support if you lost a lot over something like this. I THINK they make some exceptions. Not too sure since I don't typically have this happen to me. Don't quote me on that though.

As Nicbo said there's nothing staff can do about this. Skeppy and Zelkam have already been told not to do this, I agree its stupid and idk why they are still doing this but there's nothing staff can do about this.
