Lumboc last refreshed the forums a moment ago and Fictons 5 minutes so unless they're magically refreshing the forums they are definitely not AFK. Additionally, just because you messaged someone one time and they didn't reply, doesn't mean that they are AFK now. Speaking from vast personal experience player reports are dealt with EXTREMELY quickly.

there are staff that have it set to where u cant see if they are online, such as kvids, lion, and mihaitai. u should always make a report even if u dont see staff online because there actually can be some

Next time, please make a player report instead of a forums thread. With a player report, the issue should get resolved within a few minutes.
