Support ticket through discord or forums

Its starting to get to me that you have to wait almost half a day for 1 answer in a support vc in discord. Most of the staff don't even give you a proper response through dm's no offense but this is just based on my experience. Having a support ticket through discord would be so much better and staff can easily communicate to you instead of completely ignoring you through dm's

Fam half a day???? Back in the olds u’d be lucky if a staff answers in a few months.
