Basically, as we know the server has staff. Now idk how many roughly 25. I've seen a lot of ban appeals coming through and people waiting 3 weeks, some months. Personally im blacklisted but I can wait a bit because I see why Im waiting. Basically I believe there should be forum staff, people that aren't staff on the server but tht can help with mute and ban appeals. Overall, the basic idea of this is, There should be staff that handle ban and mute appeals that are only on the forums maybe on the server idk. More staff, or staff on just the forums.

It would take a lot of pressure off the staff, and help out people that are banned, they can forward them to staff if they get accepted and such. I hope this is a good idea, this was the only way I can think of making it much more faster. It would help a lot of people. Add on if you'd like, but this is my idea for something to help us get unbanned and such,

Only problem with this is, you don’t know who is reliable & if they will pass it on with bias for their friends.

You see that could easily be fixed by seeing how active said person is on the forums, how they've dealt with situations, and how they talk and play on the server. That's why you'd have to look into said player, or have a mod designated to them that they could forward stuff to, and said mod can watch over them to see how they act.

Also the mod overall makes the final decision and can correct them.

We do the most we possibly can when it comes to appeals, the ones we can handle are resolved usually in less than a day. The reason, as I’m sure you know, ban appeals take so long is because it is an extensive process that only 3/4 staff members can do. Those who come on board would have to sign the NDA to handle those appeals at all, so It’s a complicated situation. The idea of forums staff handling appeals Isn’t necessary either because there are other things that need to be done by someone with staff permissions in order to see if someone really qualifies for an unban/unmute.

Yeah I played at this server for 2 days and I already see the system is broken.
I don't mind getting false banned, but it is little weird that false banns or "glitch" banns like so go through the same system as real hackers. I just joined and now I have to wait 1-3 weeks for no reason hahaha. Forum staff sounds like a very good idea!

Appeals are in order from the oldest to the newest for fairness. First come, first served.

Yeah, I think that is fair but still for a server like this it's little odd to use autocheat and then not to fix the mistakes faster.

I'm very new to this so I might (and probably am) wrong tho haha.

The AntiCheat is fragile when it comes to checks. I mean the point of that is so that it bans hackers fast so they don't ruin players' experience. Though along with that comes the flaw of false bans that are issued from lag/ping etc, though they can be determined from log checks which only NDA-signed staff can check (Kobuto, MegaPVP and Zelkam).
