no you won't keep them.
Nothing from the previous season will be kept besides ranks. You will lose everything else. For example; in-game currency, stats, items, etc.
No one will keep their stuff and it will be like a fresh start for everyone so the server maintains a well-rounded economy.

to be honest, if someone doesn't know that crate keys are gone after reset, they probably don't know an extreme amount about the server. i see no harm in them trying to be helpful and kind, and i think that people saying the same vague phrase over and over (to be funny, not even helpful) pales in comparison to them writing a detailed response with great intentions
