della - stay mod for 3 seasons, good, a bit new, nice builder.
Veeti - stay mod for the next month, super inactive, if he won't be active he might get demoted to trainee.
Decay - stay mod for the next 2 seasons, amazing mod and my favorite, should be promoted to smod and replace bruva after 2 more months (he is kinda new, but he proved me he is great).
Wqlk - stay mod for the next 2 seasons, good, understanding mod, cute, big donator and nice.
hamoka - stay mod for the next season, good mod, a bit unprofessional (talks a lot in kitpvp).
S0V - stay mod for the next 2 seasons, she is personally mean to me, she denied my mute appeal, reason quoted "because I can", and the worst, someone told me she will remove my 30 vaults because of rumors I duped, even though I didn't dupe!
She is ok mod afterall, she had a great past as Admin in the past so goodluck...
Lauren - stay mod for the next season, she is ok, but can be improved, didn't really paid attention to her moderating skills so add info if you want.
Lumboc - stay mod for the next month, veteran mod that should be promoted to smod, nice activity, nice participation in zelkam's videos, nice guy in real life, and gives fair punishments and reduces!
Pigin - Stay trainee for the next 2 weeks, if he stays that inactive, then he should get demoted, if not inactive, then stay trainee for 2 more weeks and then final decision, if mod or not.
Every veteran mod / smod will have a big chance of promotion, because of trustworthiness.
If a mod is amazing like @Decay it will be faster to get a promotion...
@Hamodi is a symbol of a good staff member, I saw him playing actual kitpvp at /pw foxify and that's what I like about him: wasting his time for invadedlands but not always moderation but also having fun! (Not all mods waste their break on invaded)
