Best Affordable PC

the Honeywell personal quantum computer
??????????????
This may be a bit on the expensive side but it should work quite well. The GPU is a bit underpowered but for playing Minecraft it should work, and the Ryzen 7 3700X was listed with a similar price to the Ryzen 5 3600X so why not.
Is this also able to run some VR games. I was trying to connect my oculus quest 2 to my pc but the cpu, graphics card, and the computer is garbage in general.

For VR the CPU can handle it, the GPU you'd need something like a Geforce 20 series, but that'd be more expensive. Finding a GPU these days is an arduous task, and prices have skyrocketed. But a 1660 should be able to work

Awesome. Ty for the help.

ok so
cpu: personally recommend like a ryzen 5 3600 or an i5 10600k (overpowered ik but like its still pretty affordable)
cpu cooler: stock, you can save a bit on getting something else for pc
mobo: whatever works with that cpu, do the research, will save you returns and stuff
ram: unless you really want aesthetics, don't get rgb ram. get a decent kit of 2x8gb 3200mhz speed ram

ok gpu depends lmao
assuming ur budget is 1k, gtx 1650 is probably your best bet. with lunar, i get like max 700 fps on optimal settings. you want a good cpu however, to take full advantage of the 1650 (and just for workloads and such)

storage: so for your OS use an m.2 ssd. i personally recommend 500gb (so you can have your os and those stupid apps that wont let you change the install directory)
and for extra storage: 1 tb. hard drive or sata/m.2 ssd, don't care, 1 tb is like the minimum for modern titles so

power supply: ok this one REALLY depends on your hardware. for an i5 10600k and a gtx 1650 ALONE is 200 watts, so again, depends on hardware. get your parts list and put it into pc part picker. whatever the wattage says at the top, go for like 100-150 watts above

case: again, if you want aesthetics, get a tempered glass side panel, or if you just want to show off. i personally dont have a tempered side panel cuz my pc has no internal lighting, but up to you. go with whatever case has the most suitable I/O for your motherboard. otherwise, useless ports, and that just isnt fun.

too much typing for today, will look at fridge
i got i7, and 3070 xd,

Ew apple.

Desktop. I need more everything. I would build my own tbh. And I don't mind the hz on the monitor as long as it's HD.

Dang bro. Ty for the info.
So System's list was actually quite good expect for the AMD bit. Anyways I don't know if you should by a graphics right now. 500$ for a 1660 not even a 1660 super? It'll do good for now (60 fps 1080p on AAA games) but you could wait a few months for this whole shortage to end and get a 3070 but who knows when the PC market will go back to normal.

True. U got a good point

AMD's offerings were far better than the dirty Intel offerings, you ugly fanboy.

Only about the GPUs. The AMD part is very untrue.

Silence AMD fanboy tell me how a 3700X is better than a 10700K?
First of all, the 3700X isn't even the top offering in the Ryzen 7 range. Second, it's two generations behind (technically the 4000 series were mobile chips, but still, it's the time gap between the 3xxx and 5xxx that counts). Third. don't use the excuse "Intel is also one generation behind" because somehow Intel managed to make a negative generational leap. Fourth, while being a solid gaming chip despite AMD mainly working on gaming for the 5xxx chips, it is far better in multicore performance. Even a disgustingly pro-Intel website such as userbenchmark struggles to find any advantage on Intel's side.

When your gtx 1050ti gets you the same fps for less than a 1650.

and multi-core performance is extremely close :/

First of all, the game selection is biased. Second, look at that price tag! Third: the Ryzen 7 3700X isn't even the top of the line for the Ryzen 7 series! Fourth: they literally released one year apart! Fifth: Ryzen's 5xxx chips are far better than the Intel 11xxx chips! Face it, AMD has won.
Actual price difference right now: 1$
But it was intended for a different price area, 100 dollars less. Which means, Intel bad, AMD best.

We're not talking about those CPU's right now. This is purely a battle between the 3700X and 10700K in todays CPU market. So although it was a 100$ difference it's only a $1 difference now.
I'm an ebay shopper so:

Cheapest buy it now I could find ^^

Price difference: 20~ dollars. Said 20~ dollars could be put to use elsewhere if you shop smartly.

shopping smartly would be looking at other sources than just ebay :)

Looking at Italian websites, it's 249 euros for the AMD offering vs 360 dollars for the Intel offering. Furthermore, it's hardly a fair comparison for reasons that you just avoid, such as an older architecture (Zen 2) and the fact that it's an older chip (one year) that was originally intended for a different price point, and was sold before the chip crisis.

pcpartpicker isn't the best option to find good prices.
