whats ur budget? but before u insist u need a new pc, try using lunar client (and experimenting with the amount of ram u dedicate to it [experiment around 1/5 ur ram to 3/5 ur ram]), as well as closing some background programs as well as turning down video settings

edit: u are not gonna notice a difference between 60fps and 200fps, assuming u have a 60Hz monitor, which is the average monitor hertz

it is for my pc. If i use 60 fps/vsync my mouse movement has a lot of latency but if i play on unlimited fps i get around 150 and there is like no latency. If you use 60 fps frequently you probs wont notice it.
