i made a petition to show the management that there are evident issues that need to be fixed or the server will die. the issues i had are:

• unblacklist all who have been blacklisted for more than a year
• ban reset
• more managers and admins to handle appeals faster
• more developers so we don't wait half a year for a few relatively small changes

been here for long enough to tell ya that most of these issues actually got fixed compared to previous years, especially the management issues with ban appeals, compared to a few years ago they do actually get done. an unblacklist all has been demanded a damn lot of times and it won't happen considering it's a blacklist for a reason.
not sure about a ban reset but when they consider it's time to do one they will lol

fair argument, but theres no reason to not hire more developers. the gameplay right now is based on the community, meaning the players make the experience. the actual server itself is very simple and could be most likely replicated in 3 hours or less

bro they aint gonna unblacklist all, they could do an unban all, but the people who were blacklisted were blacklisted for serious offenses

thats true on every server to exist, and literally all those servers still reset blacklists. the very least you could do is do a blacklist reset, and then if you get blacklisted again you stay blacklisted forever. some people have genuinely learned their lesson. and if youve been blacklisted for more than a year chances are you have

there was another dev idk what happened with them but neon is still doing a good job despite being alone and im pretty sure mega helps in coding and testing plugins too. besides, if you look at the game modes, can you *really* make them any more interesting than as they are?

yeah i probably could. not doubting that neon isn't doing a good job, just saying that with more devs we can get more content and better content faster

2: mods even said they aren't considering this at all atm and dont plan on doing it for a long while, so no
3: i mean appeals are already way faster with the influx of staff members recently, and with hayech bl appeals are actually being done, woah!
4: they tried, hired sxtanna, they made like one thing (the spawner gui) and then left/was fired, idk

they "hired" sxtanna but sxtanna was useless all he did was abuse his developer role (spawned in over 1 mil for himself on kit along with upgraded his clan perks to the max so like at least 2 mil clan and went in creative in pvp areas not in vanish all the time) and the only thing that we know he coded was the survival thing and that caused a dupe ?

There's an appeals process that people are more than welcome to follow. Whilst it would be a management decision, I know there are a lot of people blacklisted for reasons that they should never be unblacklisted.

ban reset

To my knowledge there are no plans for this at this time, making threads saying to have a ban reset won't make one occur. If it ever takes place it will be at a time management deem it necessary.

I wasn't aware there was an issue with appeals not being handled?

I'm not sure if creating this petition is done fully serious or with an undertone of humour but if you have suggestions to improve the server post them in the suggestions section when it is open. Even when it is closed I know staff members are always open to hearing peoples ideas, personally you can contact me on the forums or discord to discuss ideas for the server.
