About False Charge Backs

Are they able to find out who charged back the purchase and got the person blacklisted? Does that person get blacklisted? anybody know? assuming not lol.

I'm not exactly sure, but if you ever do irl deals...I would probably screenshot them saying they will pay (so you have some sort of proof).
