Not sure about the rest but these commands are build commands for making custom trees im pretty sure. They are similar to the commands used in voxel sniper

/lagg shows whats causing lags i think, /daddy is just a plugin command for information, /potion is a staff command for potion effects.. i think not too sure. Randomtp is /rtp on survival. /news is prolly an unused plugin for like updates on the server, not too sure, the tree commands, as bella said, are for worldedit and voxel, kitreset resets a certain kit. and idk the others.

Most of these are from the plugin Essentials

Etrees, Kitreset, kitpreview, near, pong, rain, randomtp, preview, offlinetp. I also think /potion & /spec might be but idk. These are all Essentials commands.

/spam is from the plugin trollboss, this was the trolling plugin skeppy used back in the day.

Papi and placeholderapi are the same command, for another plugin named PlaceHolderAPI which is used for many plugins as a starting point.

/pvconvert comes from the PlayerVaults plugin which is used for /pv

Plugman is a plugin that manages other plugins

/sky, /strike, /slay, /sv votes, and /daddy I have no clue what those are. I hope that cleared up some of your confusion lol (this took way too long to write)

./kitreset: essentials command. Resets the cooldown on the specified kit.

./daddy: a joke from the placeholderapi team as the main command is papi (placeholderapi for short) but also another word for dad/father

./kitpreview: pretty sure you can view kits by doing /kits

./etree, /tree, /largetree: world edit stuff

./lagg: clear lagg command

./near, /nearby: just an essentials command

./news: essentials command. Shows information set by the server owner.

./offlinetp: tp to people even if they are offline

./potion: essentials, Adds custom potion effects to a potion.

./preview: same as kitpreview

./plugman: this shows all the plugins the server has and you can enable/disable them

./pvconvert: Convert other plugins to playervaults.

./pong: is that a ping pong joke or something, yes
