Help with claim

So I recently found a unclaimed home and I liked it so I claimed it. Then the original owners Came back there and wrote a bunch of inappropriate stuff in front of the base and claimed the inappropriate words so I can’t break them. Those words were D*ck and the n word. I don’t know what to do. I don’t believe claiming the unclaimed land is wrong, they didn’t claim it. My username is skeppy_koo_koo and there username is carbrac and hunter0’s I think. Their claim is where mine is. If me claiming the land is not cool I will unclaim it.
