I got banned from the discord unfairly

So, i haven't wrote a massage or been in a vc on the invadedlands discord for more than 2 months and yesterday I got banned. Is there any way for me to appeal a discord server ban?

There must have been a reason to your ban, you must have said something inappropriate or something I do not know, dm a staff member.
