isnt the whole point of blockhitting is to do it every hit?

I usually do w taps to start a combo, but like when i strafe, i block hit before the first hit.

The way I pvp is not a normal way, it's not the easiest either I kind of developed it, I s/w tap while strafes, literally nobody can touch you, while, if you block hit while doing this I think you just shouldn't because it would just be too slow.

block hit to make your range better + w tap every hit to knockback your opponent

In my opinion there's not really a "better" option for you to choose between those two while pvping. Both can be used to get combos and block hitting can reduce damage as well if timed correctly. If you learn to combine them it will definitely make you a better player

Agreed you can do both just don't do both at once the entire time you're fighting..
