I get that people fall for it, my suggestion is if you have /fly you should have it turned on and fly, and you should have /warp tutorial ready at all times.

just don't teleport to strangers. if this were to be enforced it'd be too much of a gray line on what is tp trapping and what isn't. if they teleport u from a high place they could say they were just flying and you accepted at a bad time or that they thought you had fly, if it was in the nether blowing you up they could say they were just mining netherite and you accepted at the wrong time, etc. too much of a gray line on what is and what isn't, too many excuses could be made and because you can't read someone's mind you can't know if it's true.

its just so simple to not be tp trapped, if you really wanna go somewhere then put ur items in a vault or chest, not that hard

its not hard to not get trapped it should not be bannable bc you accept the tp therefore its your fault.
