What does "Unlink" status mean on a Blacklist appeal?
Unlink means that it is related to a false Ban/Mute evasion, and your main account needs to be unlinked from the account that was punished. When you join the server, your IP is registered in a database. If another account joins from the same IP, it's marked as an "alt". Because you joined with a banned account, and then with your main account, it thought you were ban evading. A Manager will now remove any connection between the 2 accounts, as if the banned account never joined on your IP.

all it means it that it's been logged for Manager review. Once the process is complete, you can log in on your main account with no problems. after it's done, DO NOT LOG BACK IN WITH THE BANNED ACCOUNT! if that happens, you'll need to go through the unlink process again.
will the manager/mod reply with instructions on how to unlink?
no, the manager will be completing the unlink process for you as it requires admin permissions, and potentially database access. i'm not sure how invadeds' plugin works so i'm not sure.
so when it says completed or something, i will be able to log in like normal?
yes, once said manager says that the unlink process is complete, you can log in as normal. the thread prefix changing simply means its flagging it for certain staff to look at.
A staff member should tell you when it's safe to log back on.
