Tptrapping is not punishable as of me writing this post. Greifing however, is.
if someone is greifing in or around your claim or claiming in or around your claim to prevent expansion, you can report them here on the forums in the player report section.
as for TP trapping I reccomend making sure you have no valuables on you when teleporting you someone you do not trust.

I don't think TP trappers should be punished. It just makes you be more cautious and not fall into obvious traps. anyway it's easy to avoid falling into their traps
