Players Using Stolen Credit Cards To Purchase And CB Items

Hello,

I'm gonna be bringing something to light that not a lot of people in the community know about. To be blunt, people in the InvadedLands KitPvP community have been using stolen credit cards/paypal accounts to buy keys on alts and then transfer the loot to another account. Seeing as the money they're using is not theirs, they don't chargeback, meaning they don't get blacklisted. However even if the credit card's original owner was to chargeback it would leave no effect on them seeing as they used a different account with a VPN. Basically making it impossible to track who actually was on the account.

The disgusting part is the fact that the people that do this have no remorse for what they do. I've interacted with a few of the people and they find it comedic, and laugh it off. Comments like "It doesn't matter if its illegal if we don't get caught" and "Your just mad you cant buy keys". What is not comedic is the serious charges you can face for using stolen credit cards. In most countries you can face up to 15 years in prison or pay a 25,000-50,000 USD fine. And yet these people still continue to use these methods un phased, knowing that what they're doing could potentially ruin their lives. Imagine that for a second, risking your livelihood for a Minecraft server...

I could post proof of the perpetrators on this forums post, but I feel like that would be inappropriate, and if staff required proof or information I would be glad to help. You can message me on Yairdy#9499. And finally I would like it for staff to somehow get involved, in any shape way or form would help. There's almost no point in playing KitPvP seeing as every player carries P4, S4, Strength, Pearls etc. Essentially players run around in groups of 4-10, not caring whether they die or not seeing as the loot they posses was obtained from keys they illegally bought, thus making it impossible for some players to play because they constantly strength on those players.

P.S (I will not be mentioning the names of players I know 100% have used this method to obtain keys on this forums post)

This is a situation which I have been made aware of recently as well & it is just.... well sad that people go to this extent on a server on a block game.

I encourage you, or any player with sufficient evidence, to submit a player report on this as anyone found involved with this situation will be punished on the network for the foreseeable future because what is going on is literally illegal & overall just proper scummy.

We are not going to tolerate this as a network as it also causes issues behind the scene when a chargeback occurs. Any player involved in any way that is deemed abusing this situation will be punished.
