You can use the forums website on mobile, though it would still be cool to have an application. That would be up to neon to decide though, as he'd be the one creating it and that's a fairly big project to devote a lot of time to. No other server that I can think of has a mobile application. You can also use the forums on the website just fine from mobile. Also like @embox said it was suggested and denied already, so it probably won't happen.

I already suggested this to the player council and it was denied. Also, the higher ups apparently had been asked this on the Legacy forums and they themselves denied it.
