i dont understand why invaded are trying to be EULA compliant especially when it's negatively impacting kitpvp aka the largest (and fastest) growing gamemode on the network
Maybe because if we don't comply with the EULA, then there won't be a network as such... meaning there would be no kitpvp at all.
The changes that we have made, are the only changes we plan on making as to my knowledge we are now better at following Minecraft EULA & puts us in a better position to be unblacklisted.
The changes that were made are:
- Removed unbans from the store
- Removed payouts from each gamemode - this one affecting KitPvP
The only negative impact that KitPvP has had is the removal of payouts, which even before we re-added payouts to kit, the kit server was still doing good.
We are currently actively working with Mojang to get this resolved as soon as possible. However, we do not rule out making any more changes to the network if needed- as if we don't then we will just continue to be blocked resulting in even more trouble than is being caused right now. I don't believe we will need to make more changes though & it is a small chance that we will need to make more changes. So I wouldn't worry about that.
already server has been blacklisted everyone has a difficulty joining the server and that means no new players meaning server might do died i am not trying to put in any server disrespect but I really hope that staff and managers are trying their best to help fix server
This is not a permanent thing, more of a temporary fix to a long term issue that we have faced as a network. But as said, we are working actively with Mojang & will provide further updates in our Discord server (the #updates channel).
